Constant Hosting's Fully Managed Support to Include Emergency Hardware Replacement

Constant Hosting, a dedicated server provider, has upgraded its fully managed support to include emergency hardware replacement.  

“Our fully managed support system is available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.  We’re even here during every holiday because we understand how important it is for our customers’ websites to be up and running at all times,” said David Aninowsky, chief executive officer of Constant Hosting, in a statement.  


Officials with Constant Hosting said customers can access support via a live chat option, over the phone or through e-mails. Constant Hosting maintains a facility in New Jersey, which experienced power outages a few months ago due to severe storms. The company’s facility remained online throughout the storm with the help of its generators.  

“We keep over 107 hours of fuel on-site to power our generators and they really came through for us during the storm” said Aninowsky.

The company provides a host of services for its customers, including 24/7 monitoring of Tier-1 network and data center facilities, emergency hardware replacement (free) and hardware upgrades, remote reboot, remote hands and KVM (keyboard video mouse) on request and operating system reimaging and accessible via phone, support tickets and AIM/ICQ.
