LogicWeb Adds CloudLinux Hosting for Greater Reliability and Security

LogicWeb, a Web hosting company that serves hundreds of small and mid-size businesses, recently launched a new Web hosting service based on CloudLinux, offering greater security, stability and server uptime than typical operating services. The company aims to strengthen its already stable hosting services with this CloudLinux-based service.

CloudLinux is the first Linux-based, commercially supported operating system that features optimization for shared hosting providers and data centers. The OS uses isolation technology to create Lightweight Virtual Environments (LVEs), resulting in improved server stability and reliability. In other words, LogicWeb can promise increased reliability to all of its customers as spikes in resource usage from any single account will not result in server slowdown or crashing. Furthermore, since CloudLinux LVEs run all processes under each user in separate lightweight containers, LogicWeb can even offer better security and improved hacker protection.

CloudLinux recently revealed that 9,000 servers are now running on the CloudLinux platform worldwide, demonstrating a deep level of trust from hosting providers.
